Research shows that 75-90% of our success in life is driven by emotion. That means the keys to a better future are already in our hands. Our goal is to get to the heart of ourselves, our communities and our companies, so that we can use our emotions as a source of strength, prosperity and unity.

JAG Grow crafts positive, interactive learning experiences that help individuals and organizations build soft skills, foster healing and ignite transformation. Everybody learns differently. That's why we create hybrid classes that combine different styles. Like a mash-up of e-learning with subscription boxes. Or online group workshops with offline activities. We're re-thinking the possibilities and potential of learning. All JAG Grow classes are anchored in therapeutic art, psychology, mindfulness, inclusion and leadership development. Our experts come from all walks of life and live on different continents. They're activists, healers and helpers, believing in the innate potential and power within each of us. It's time to grow. We hope you join us.

"I took this workshop in January, and it's not an exaggeration to say it was a game changer. Go. Go by yourself like I did, and make new friends. Go with a friend, and learn more about them. However you go, you'll learn more about yourself. ❤."

Hi, I’m Kirsten.

I use technology to drive mental health and women's empowerment efforts globally. After 12 years leading D&I, philanthropy, sustainability and branding efforts with Fortune 500 companies, I left corporate and jumped into global relief and empowerment. This work takes me to all corners of the world. From refugee camps in Greece to orphanages in Haiti. Hurricane zones to public health crises. Along the way, I've learned a lot about people, community and what it takes to build a better world for everyone.

Armed with expertise and experience, I founded Just A Girl (JAG), welcoming womxn and girls of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs to talk openly about emotions and experiences. Initiatives under JAG include Girl Talk Radio (on-demand radio and feminist podcasting syndicate), Artio (grassroots abortion support) and JAG Grow.

I was a finalist in the 2018 Institute for Evolutionary Leadership’s Future Challenge, a TEDx speaker and an advocate for the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up campaign. In addition to my formal education many moons ago, I hold certifications in Psychological First Aid and Therapeutic Art Coaching to best support psycho-social healing efforts.
